Insurance Plans

Since moving to our new location, the additional space has enabled us to accept more insurance plans.

A list of current plans we are now accepting include:

1. Medicare
2. Many Medicare secondaries, particularly those that cross over*
3. BCBS*
4. Cigna*
5. United Healthcare*
6. Aetna*

*You must verify coverage for all plans beforehand, we only accept PPO plans, no HMO plans are accepted. We recommend before scheduling your appointment, you verify our participation with your individual plan given the large number of different plans under each insurer and our limited participation. Please note, it is your responsibility prior to your appointment, to verify coverage. You may call our office at 561-449-8040 and upon your request we can try to assist you confirm this.
